I’m Tejashwa. I work on growth, analytics, and AEO, turning data into compounding distribution. I’m currently leading growth at 11x.
Before that I was the founding growth hire at Windsurf, where I led growth, analytics, and AEO and helped scale the company to $80M ARR in under a year. Windsurf was later partly acquired by Google DeepMind ($2.4B), with the product, IP, and team joining Cognition.
I care about impact and clarity: shipping work that changes what people do, and explaining it simply enough that they trust it. This site is where I write some of that thinking down.

Growth engineering and answer-engine optimization (AEO), paired with a deep analytics stack: Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, and BigQuery, plus Tableau, Metabase, and Looker. Comfortable across experimentation: A/B testing, cohort and funnel analysis, metric definition, and retention modeling.
